Terms of use

Darsgah gives an academy audio classes in the browser, live chat, shared books, attendance, fee records, messages and an AI Safety Guard that reviews classes. We try to keep it running all the time, but we cannot promise it will never stop. Internet quality on the teacher's or student's side also affects a class.

• The academy owner is responsible for the people they add and for what they do.
• Keep your password private. Tell your academy at once if someone else knows it.
• Students get a username from the academy. Guardians do not have a login in this version.

• It takes the consent of each guardian for recording, class chat and AI review before a child is admitted, and records that consent in the system.
• It tells its teachers that classes are recorded.
• It only uploads books and files it has the right to use and to show to its own students and teachers. Darsgah does not check book rights.
• It uses recordings and chat only to run and protect its classes.
• Quran text in the app comes from a verified source or from a PDF the academy uploaded. The academy is responsible for the files it uploads.

• No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual or unsafe content.
• No attempt to contact children outside the academy or to ask them for photos.
• No attempt to break into the system, to read another academy's data or to overload it.
• No recording of a class outside the system without the academy's permission.

We may pause an account or an academy that breaks these rules or puts a child at risk.

The Safety Guard is a helper. It can miss things and it can flag things that are fine. It never punishes, blocks or contacts anyone. A person at the academy decides what to do with every flag. The academy stays responsible for the safety of its students.

Invoices and payments in the app are records the academy keeps. Darsgah does not take payments from parents and is not a party to the fees between an academy and its families.

The academy's data stays the academy's. If an academy closes its account, we delete its data after a short notice period, apart from backups that expire on their own. Read the privacy policy for retention times.

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from a class that could not run, a missed flag, or data lost through events outside our control. Nothing here limits any right you have by law.
